    Banjo-Kazooie to be in Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing

    The boys over at TSSZnews have spotted this box art on the SEGA of America website, it is the cover for the Xbox 360 version of Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing, adding the 'with Banjo Kazooie' as if the name wasn't long enough already. Seems that SEGA has been beaten to the announcement. 

     I have to be totally honest, this  completely turns me off of the game. I was one of the writers on here that hyped up SEGA Superstars Tennis, but it seems that this 'mash up' SEGA game has taken a turn for the worst. There are a ton of SEGA fans asking for characters that are not licensed by SEGA, like Toe Jam & Earl, so what does SEGA do? Go out of their way to include Banjo-Kazooie. Great, everyone asked for them. What about fans that asked for SEGA licensed characters? Like NiGHTS, Ristar and a ton of other characters. 

    It sucks that this game isn't really a SEGA All-Star game, its a Sonic and Banjo-Kazooie racing, seems that SEGA fans are left in the dust. It is cool that we got Ryo, it is sad that the rest of the line up announced so far has been so mediocre.  I think it is time for SEGA to focus on real SEGA All-Star characters.

    I agree, this game has been one dissapointment after another for me, by the time I heard about this I didn't care anyway.

    I'm sure some people will like it still, but it's not at all what I expected a Sega Racing compilation/tribute to be. Also, lol billy hatcher.

    I wouldn't doubt it if Microsoft begged SEGA to include the bear and bird. Hopefully we got bear and bird toys out of this too.

    I kinda hate the idea of this, its stupid more so that they seem so keen on the idea as to advertise it, i would not mind if it was like console exclusive DLC or something stupid i could ignore, but its on the box which i will have to see.

    I lost a little respect for sumo over this.

    And wait to see Mario in the wii version and any boring Sony mascot in the game too.

    What was with that rant? Just say you think it is weird and put your feelings on the forums!

    I love Banjo-Kazooie, but am against the idea of this. I think what happened though is Microsoft asked SEGA for this, not the other way around. Still, not like we are losing a character in the process, it is just one version of the game gets one extra character, and imagine if it was someone like Orta who was exclusive to the 360 version, wouldn't that piss us off all a lot more?
